George Maltabarow is a former Managing Director of Energy Australia. His former roles include Executive Director of NSW Treasury and Deputy Chairman of NSW Treasury Corporation. George is an experienced chief executive as well as an energy and financial specialist whose career has included utility and policy roles in all sectors of the electricity industry. He is a former Chairman and Board member of the Energy Networks Association of Australia and a former Director of the Energy Supply Association of Australia. Since retiring George has held a number of senior non-executive and consulting roles and continues with a number of University appointments.
